Orchard Local is a service of BRS Properties Co., Ltd. These terms describe what we offer and how payment works.

What we provide

For a one-time price of $399 we build a website for your business on your own domain and complete your Google Business Profile.

How payment works

You pay only after your website is live and you have approved it. Nothing is due before that.

Your logins and your domain

When the website is live and paid for, you receive all logins: domain, hosting and Google Business Profile. The first year of the domain registration is included in the price. After the first year, you pay the domain renewal to the registrar.

Optional bed-available update

Each time a bed opens, we can update your website and Google Business Profile for $49. This is optional and only happens when you ask for it.

Cancellation and refunds

If you cancel, or decide not to go ahead, before you have paid, you owe us nothing.
